Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms apply when you buy tyres or book fitting through tyrebrand.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who We Are
TyreBrand is a trading name of M&M Tyres (NE) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10426685). Registered office: 177 Stockton Street, Middlesbrough, TS2 1BY. You can contact us on 07974 136136 or at sales@mmtyre.co.uk.
How Ordering Works
- You search by registration number or tyre size, choose your tyres, pick a fitting slot and pay online.
- Prices shown include VAT and fitting at our garage unless stated otherwise. There are no hidden extras.
- The online search and checkout is provided by a third-party supplier on our behalf. Their system handles your payment securely. We do not see or store your card details.
- Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation by email. If we cannot supply a tyre you have ordered, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Fitting
- Tyres are fitted at the garage branch shown when you book. Please arrive at your booked time with the vehicle the tyres were ordered for.
- If you need to change your fitting time, contact us as early as you can and we will rearrange it.
- We may refuse to fit tyres if the vehicle is unsafe or the tyres ordered are not suitable for it. In that case we will offer the correct tyres or a refund.
Prices and Payment
- Payment is taken in full when you order.
- We do our best to keep prices accurate. If we find a pricing error before fitting, we will contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
- You can cancel your order at any time before the tyres are fitted for a full refund. Contact us on 07974 136136 or at sales@mmtyre.co.uk.
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day after your order to change your mind. Once tyres have been fitted to your vehicle at your request, the fitting service has been completed and the tyres cannot be returned as unused. Your legal rights on faulty goods are not affected.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
Faulty Tyres
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the tyres we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a tyre is faulty, contact us and we will inspect it and repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Manufacturer warranties may also apply. Damage from road hazards, incorrect pressures, misuse or accident is not covered.
Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything caused by circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Your Data
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us. Email sales@mmtyre.co.uk or call 07974 136136 and we will do our best to sort it out quickly.
